Founded in 1979 by Dan and Peggy Blough, the company later affiliated with COLDWELL BANKER to better fulfill its vision of creating a team committed to providing the best in Real Estate brokerage and related services.

Through Dan and Peggy´s commitment to excellence and continued growth, the company expanded in 1989 to the Fresno/Clovis metropolitan market and complemented their organization with the addition of George M. Murphy.  In April of 2006 George Murphy became sole owner and with the change of ownership came the name "Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate".


Colwell Banker Premier Real Estate now has offices in Clovis, Fresno, Oakhurst, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria.
